Dear All,
I have given one of my relative 60 lakh biyana to buy a house in Wapda Town and he took 6 months to process the registry and then pay remaining amount. 2 months back he asked 2 more months and i gave him now asking more time i have feeling that he not honest with me.
Please guide me whats the legality of Biyana Stamp Paper and how should i proceed legally?

NO NEED FOR REGISTRY IN WAPDA TOWN.JUST TRANSFER PROCESS IS BEING DONE BY SOCIETY AFTER THAT YOU GET TRANSFER LETTER AND POSSESSION LETTER. |

transfer process in wapda town is simple and can be done in single day in society office. please contact them directly. if you have bayyana papers you can take stay on the property. |
