I bought one phase 9 one kanal file in my mother's name. What is the procedure to transfer it in my name, how long it will take and how much it will cost ? If anyone can explain me in this regard, thanks.

Dear Sir,
In Your case Hiba transfer will be applied. transfer will be completed 6 days. transfer cost is Rs.83000/- If property is transferring within two years then Rs.15000/- will be paid as capital gain tax.

Can I also ask if this rule/expenses applies similar if transfer from real Brother to Brother or Sister or vice versa and same from Son to father/mother?

Dear Sir,
In Case of Hiba Transfer (Property Gifted) has following possibilities
1) Parents to Children
2) Children to Parents
3) Husband to Wife
4) Wife to Husband
All other transfers will be regular transfer and Transfer cost (including All) will be PKR.154000/=
