It appears that the prices in PHA Phase - VIII proper are increasing sharper than its neighboring DHA phases - VI & VII. The development is still under way and will take few years to complete and the whole area is as deep as 10 - 20 ft. from the road level. My question is if the prevailing prices in Phase - VIII justify or it is bubble and may burst??

Phase 7 is more than better for good and noise polution free living area.after 2 to 3 years you can feel the difference |
