Please reply my two questions as follows:
1) Why DHA Lahore Phase 7 File 1 Kanal For 57 Lacs as compared to phase 9?
2) Why DHA Lahore Phase 8 File 1 Kanal For 90 Lacs and DHA Lahore Phase 8 Z Block, File 1 Kanal For 60.50 Lacs? What is the difference?

Dear Sir,
1)The Phase 7 of dha lahore is developed one.dha expanding the phase 7 and clearing pockets. due to this new files are allocating by Dha to Landowners and they selling in market at 57 Lacs.whereas in phase 9 major ballot is still due.DHA Phase 9 has superb location.
2) The Z block (Isolated Block) of dha phase 8 is across the barki road. on the contrary you will get one kanal plot in proper phase 8 after ballot.

I think phase 8 Z block is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by villages thats why price is low |
