AOA Dear All,
I want to purchase a 5Marla plot in State Life Lahore Phase-2, and need to know some things regarding the status of State Life Lahore Phase-2.
1- Is this approved from LDA? (Not find in LDA website)
2- It’s good for 2 to 3years investment plan?
3- Developed plots?
4- Possession gives after transfer or purchase?
5- It’s better than NFC Phase-2? Why?
My budget plan is b/w 14 to 16Lac, and advise me if there is another option in which my range.

I have answers to few of your questions.
Please note that following answers are based on my personal research from various societies in Lahore that was conducted in last two weeks.
Any one has a right to differ with my opinion:
2- It’s good for 2 to 3years investment plan?
- Development will start in 4-6 years in Phase-2. In the meanwhile, price of plots will rise incrementally. It's a good long term investment and you might get good gains in 3 years time.
3- Developed plots?
- It's cultivated land/fields right now. No development work has been started hence no developed plots.
5- It’s better than NFC Phase-2? Why?
- This society has a unique advantage that none of the societies beyond Thokar Niaz baig has.
It's surrounded by different DHA phases + it's right on the Lahore ring road interchange. This advantage is going to serve for a very long time for any investment in this society.

- Another good option is AWT phase 2 where you can get a decent plot in this budget.
