I still believe that the real estate specially in DHA, the prices will remain stable, rather will improve in a short duration or max within 2 weeks. Even if the government resigns, the real estate will not be effected, because this point needs to be clarified that more sale purchase is done by those who earn hard and look for future of their kids and family and want to construct homes.
So relax everyone and hold your files for the month of August, dont let the real estate maafia to eat away your hard earned money.
