If it was political situation then it should have increased not decrease as people have taken money out of stock exchange and started to buy property / plots.

Have a big heart and dont panic by few thousand rupees fluctuation on a big investment. Think correctly because you are selling it thinking its garbage and somebody else is buying it thinking its gold. This fluctuation is only market dynamics and a trap for small investor to panic.Think again before you sell it because phase 9 is a win win situation. Phase 9 ballot is next in line and due within this fiscal year. Its will be easy to sell today and hard to buyback at a much higher price in some months time. Choice is urs my friend.

Well you are right but the rumor of phase 9 balloting is in air every year and then it is extended for the next year. I am thinking of selling phase 9 and investing somewhere else. Can anyone from lahore tell if the pressure on phase 9 is coming as it will increase its price, otherwise it will remain in the same price range.

Political situation will not damage files, only stock market will have speculative effect. Files will always have normal correction every quarter or at least once every year (positive as well as negative correction). Phase 9 1-Kanal price range is ~42 Lakh (low) , 54 Lakh (Max.) during next 12 months

No impact on property. Wl remain stable . And if noora go away then propert wil go high bcz of tax relaxation . Noora imposed so many taxes on real estate.
