Guys, please stop your guesses, these guesses are nothing except misguidance. Watch your pocket and Invest in DHA or Bahria Town if you want to trade/build a house. If you are an experienced trader then you can look out for more socities.
Phase 9 is long way to be balloted. Investors are creating artificial price hikes in Phase 8 & 9. Phase 9 file prices have strong chance to drop because they need price adjustment.
If we consider a reasonable market flow in future, then to gain a 100% return on investment in Phase 9 requires about 5-7 years & in Phase 7 about 2-3 years. Watch your budget and investment retention power then invest after professional consultation. I have not given any guesses about balloting, Just mentioned about Price trend. |
