dear lre team i have intention to buy two 8-m commercial files of ph 9 do you think its good investment will its price will be like of ph 5 and ph 6 commercial.if yes what will be the reasons.really grateful for your valuable advices.looking forward for your answer.thanks

In longer run dha phase 9 8- Marla commercial will yield better returns due to better located near to heavily populated areas next to Ferozpur road & much closer to high priced developed areas like Akkari 11 DHA 5 6 etc.Surely it will give huge return as in dha phase 5 and 6.
