i want to ask lahore real estate team that when will possession be announced for dha 9 town and how much it will impact the prices

Dear Shehzad Sahib,
Hard to predict when exactly dha will hand over possession of dha town phase 9. Development work is progress. Now they have given access DHA via Askari 11 on C block of town. Bedian Road Entrance will take time for completion. It is expected that by end of 2014 but nothing is confirmed. Certainly prices will be boosted after possession.
