i have also 10 marla plot in c block but unfortunately in litigation if it were cleared then it s worth is 65 to 70 lakh.i asked from lda authorities and they told me they are going to contract the public area like roads,parks,graveyard,schools etc and going to give the aggrieved person whose plots are still facing litigation through balloting in next coming weeks. |
