Dear Mr.Yasir,
The total transfer cost will be Rs.230000/-(All Inclusive).the transfer process take 5 to 6 working days. You need to apply NDC.If any outstanding dues then pay it for clearance of NDC.buyer and seller will present in DHA office to make the transfer.
