Guys , State Life Phase 2 is not a good investment, there are cases against their management in NAB. I visited the site last month. There are very huge pits in the land because the management sold the truck of Mud by digging into it. No doubt location is very good. but the point is you are buying a plot which you cannot see on ground ??? . This is gamble. If you have enough money go for it. Otherwise NFC phase 2 is a much better option. Safe investment.

Location however is unmatched. Pits r also in Phase 5, but see its price. So its a matter of how u look at it. |
