Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 8 V block adjacent to W block nearer to commercial area, T block Adjacent to W block , X Block adjacent to W block, U block adjacent to T Block are the areas that has huge potential other than W block. S block not a bad choice at all if budget is in between 100 to 110 Lacs.

1. Phase 8 (blocks, you mentioned above)
2. Phase 5 M

Dear MR. Azad,
You can buy one kanal Plot in M block around 100 to 115 Lacs. where as in dha phase 8 you need to have budget around 100 to 140 Lacs depending on location.It is better to buy M block to get maximum gain.
