Dear all respected forum members and LRE Team I have a one kanal plot at S Block phase 8.Approx price of plot is 110 Lacs.The development work is going on very rapidly there.If I hold this Plot for a year how much increase in price is predictable.Should I sell it now or hold it for how long.Thanx

No one could predict such things.
People were saying after possession phase 7
Plot will increase by 1.5 millions to 2 millions.
But it's opposite to that phase 7 saw decline in prices.
There are around 60 thousand + plots vacant in phase 6 7 8 combined.
So you can imagine how much hain it can take. |
