I have a plot in phase 6, approx.175 lac. would it be wise to swap over or after selling purchase a 2 kanal at some good location in phase 7

I would absolutely do it. Much more value for money given 2 kanal is just 3 to 5 minutes drive away from Golf course. |

It is highly recommendable and wise to move to 2k from 1K to get maximum gain in future.

Oh yes. Phase 6 is nearing peak and phase 7 is yet to start. 2 ksnal in phase 7 will easily cross 4 crore in 3 years. |
