What is the current market price of a 6 bed 1 kanal house in State Life Phase 1?
Is there any price difference if you buy a house with 4 beds, 5 beds or 6 beds? and How does the number of beds effect the resale value?

I am also in the same opinion, its not a good investment, i will not recommend any others as some SL2 investors will criticize that we have investment in NFC2. but SL2 there are Huge pits and SL2 management is not strong enough |
