I am interested to know when is DHA management going to start balloting for Phase 9. I mean they are almost done with phase 8 development.
Another question i have is after balloting how much is the price appreciation expected.

Hold ur file as balloting axppected in 6 month. In dha minimum price of ballot plot ain good location(as phase 9 is on prime location near phase 5 and ring road, metro bus ferozpur road)
kanal will be from 80 to 120 lac
10 marla 50 to 65 lac
5 marla 32 to 37 lac |

I think ballot will be in next yr , after paying development charges by 2018, average plot owners will get a net profit of around 10-15 lacs (exceptions are always there) |
