DHA Phase 9 One Kanal will always be better choice than dha phase 8 z Block regardless of time Frame. DHA Phase 8 Z block location is very weak as it is located across to barki to barki surrounded by villages Adjacent to Lahore School of Economics (LSE). On the other hand there is better chances you will get fruitful returns in phase 9 after ballot. It has superb location surrounded developed phase 5, 6 , State Life Etc, Direct Access to Lahore Ring Road.
