Kindly advice which blocks of phase 7 have been allowed for construction. plus what is schedule for other blocks to get available for possession. Kindly evaluate vicinity of Y-.

Dear Sir,
Presently Possession available in Q,R,S,T & U Block. there is no official Time Frame For remaining Blocks. But possibility in 2015 except new cutting (Extension). The New cutting possession will is possible in 2016.

DHA Phase 7 Near Y 3450 is valued around 50 Lacs.10 -Marla
DHA Phase 7 Near Y 3470 is valued around 47 to 48 Lacs.10 -Marla
