Sir what is the price range of 2 marla sector shop in phase 6 7 and 9 town? And when phase 9 town possession expected?

Dear Sir,
The price range of DHA Phase 6 2-Marla Sector Shop for Trading is around 125 to 150 Lacs depending on location and block.The trading of sector shop is rare. Hardly any availability in market and hard to stand buyer. At the moment there is nothing available in the market for sale.
DHA Do not allot 2-marla sector shops in DHA Phase 7 and DHA Town Phase 9 Lahore yet.It seems like possession of town will be next year.

125-150 lacs mentioned by you is price for constructed shop or plot only? secondly what is the potential of ph6 B block shops specifically considering shifting of DHA office near to B block.

Above mentioned price is for Plot. B-Block Prices ranges around 140 to 150 Lacs
