In order of priority:
1. DHA phase 9 commercial four marla
2. DHA phase 7 one kanal
3. DHA phase 9 one kanal files (remember you also have to pay development charges) |

it seems you have around 16 million to invest, Buy the safest option that is phase 7 Kanal plot good location, rest money invest in the lowest price good schemes.Dont put all eggs in one basket |
