For most of people files have been a headache and this is true. If you want to become a high blood pressure patient buy file. In my opinion phase 9 file will decline more as Ph 9 town possession is due in next few months and investors are buying plots over there. A good location 5 marla plot has gone around 47 to 48 Lacs. Once plot are handed over in ph 9 town there will be a jump of 6 to 9 lacs in few months time, which is fair enough for investor. |
