DHA phase 9 is really becoming a bottleneck, constant tension day by day. The price is also decreasing constantly. Just need an expert advice whether to keep it or sale it. DHA is playing with this phase since a long time.

Keep it, don't look at rates on daily basis as its long term investment. If you are in need of money then anytime is good time to sell. Don't panic. |

It seems that prices will remain stable, however, if 1kanal goes below 47, then it will sharply go down to 42.5 |

Agreed with Shahzad...
Actually even last year 2013, it was gone upto 52 Lac. And later in December/January, I sharply went down to 44.
So It's a game of no interest for salaried person like us. |
