I just want to know the mimimum cost of building the 1 Kanala home with three bedroom one store , Kitchen Living etc.

Three beds Can be Made in Single story, The Cost Of Making it will be about 55 Lac, 5 Bed Double story add 40 Lac more.

May I know why second floor will cost less. Contractors normally add 10 percent on 2nd floor cost.

So in summary,
55 Lac is required for first story ( furnished) and more 40 Lakh for second Floor ( furnished)

How about grey structure cost for both first and second floor.

Plot price with trasnfer and possession = 5,500,000 lacs epx
Design Charges with approval = 165,000 lacs
Utility Connection charges = 80,000
TMA Approval = 25,000
Total before starting construction = 5,800,000
REmaining with you = 90 -58 = 32 lacs
You may finish grey structure in this budget. Need to add minimum 20 lacs and construct the house yourself not by contractor.
