I have around 20-25 million to invest for 2 years and would like your opinion for maximum returns

1- Phase 7 4 marla commercial file
2- Phase 7 8 marla commercial file
3- Phase 9 town 4 or 8 marla commercial file
4- Phase 9 4 or 8 marla commercial file

Dear Sir,
For Two Years make your priority accordingly

1) DHA Town 4 or 8 Marla (Go For 8 Marla If you have budget)
2) DHA Phase-9 4 or 8 Marla (Go For 8 Marla If you have budget)
3) DHA Phase-7 4 or 8 Marla (Go For 8 Marla If you have budget)

No maximum return in DHA at these prices unless prices drop and u buy at low value. At these rates maximum return is 10% only per year

The amount you want to invest is good and believe me dont put it all in real estate it is on risk now. Diversify it, put some in business, some in commodities and upto 60 lack (max.) in real estate and low risk is EME2.
Or if you can wait for 4 to 5 years with risk, buy 2 phase 7 plots
