If you want to play completely safe with VERY reasonable return, go for 2 kanal in phase 7 |

Sector X and Y are the best as they are 3 minutes drive away from the golf course and on both sides of the main road coming from phase 6. |

2 kanal plots are located in U, X and Y blocks. X and Y are better location and a very short drive from the golf course. |
