I want to take the opinion, comments and advise for a person who has no previous experience about these two options. Which option is better and why? (including the cost,quality,convenience etc)
• OPTION 1. To get a plot and construct a house
• OPTION 2.To purchase a constructed house

Obviously, Option-1 is best if you have the time to purchase a plot and then get this constructed. |

OP-1 is best because you can print your own design and also the quality will be yours.

I have gone through both options. Building ur own house is by far the best option. If u buy a constructed house there will be so many flaws u will regret plus it will cost u more. So no comparison. |
