AOA. There were some general comments about Phase 7 by someone; and that there is selling pressure here. I think there are very few genuine sellers here with clean plots. Others mostly are just checking the market rates. Plots ready for construction if available are really good buy. These plots are not far at all from Phase 6 but much lower price. The money that buyers save can later be spent on construction.

Sir I wished to ask if there is any development in the possession time of phase 7 P block and phase 8 any sectors? And also M block phase 5 possession date and location factor etc, because many people saying its a bad investment apparently? Any insight is requested, thank you
