AOA Brothers,
I m in the final stages of starting the construction of my house near wapda town Lahore. The map has been finalized. The covered area is around 53000 sqF. I need to know what should the cost of grey structure and what will be the complete cost of construction if i use avg to above avg material. I have hired a thekedar who will look after the labour and will arrange material at 10% of total cost that i will pay to him. Is it the right method as i cant give much time at the site.

grey structure 1200 to 1500 , finished 1800 to unlimited . yes ik method 200 per sq ft rate is good |

Grey structure cost is 750. Finishing is another 800 |

Which one is better? I think hollow blocks are better both from price point as well as construction. Your experience and thoughts on it?
