Assalamlykum brothers

There has been much recent hype of PECHS Islamabad.

I have a 300 sq yard plot in (EXT C -20 ) best location and intend to sell so that I can make Masjid for fi sabillah and sadaqat Jariya for my younger sister who just passed away. Can someone give please give me a me a guidance on the market price and if anyone who is willing to buy.

I know if you hold for another year or so, it would be more lucrative, but I have a firm intention to make Masjid ASAP from the money I will receive by selling this plot in shaaa allah.

Brothers are also welcome to advise some small town or district where I can get a plot on waf and then pay for the construction of masjid where there is no place of worship near by.

Brother i have a suggestion for you. Making mosque is a good cause no doubt. U may also think to help needy parents to arrange marriages of there daughters specially who cannot afford.

Good intention is what matters, May ALLAH accept your intention and let you succeed in your mission, Making a school giving education to poor people's kids will build great intelligent and responsible nation. you could be among them. Think something that has big benefit to nation Thus the reward from ALLAH will be big.

My suggestion :
1- deposit money in a bank and from the interest help needy/Older people on Monthly basis
2- Give scholarship to those who comes on Top positions and also are poor.

You may sell the plot and buy a shop and put it on rent.
With the rent money you help a needy family every month.

Ma Shaa Allah Akbar...very noble cause....May Allah bless you for this virtue....If I may suggest since constucting a Masjid would be a time consuming task, you may also look at other alternatives such as short listing at least 5/10 Masjids (depending upon the funds you have) and renovate those, put water heaters (for Wadhu in winter) and Electric Water coolers (for drinking water), new matts, vacume cleaners, fans. In this way instead of having one functional Masjid you will have 5/10 fully funtional Masjids...

Its just a humble suggestion.
