Can anyone give an update on construction material and labor rates for Bahria Town Lahore?

Labor Rate:
Covered area: 200 to 250 per sft
Basement: 310 to 350 per sft

Masonry work:25/sft
Plaster: 15/sft
Tiles: 25/sft
Marble: 20/sft
PCC floor before tile/marble: 20/sft

Excavation with machine:2/Cft, free if you do not need excavated soil.

Bricks: 7500/1000 Pattoki
Sand Chanab: 25/Cft
Sand Ravi: 10/Cft Ask for Mehmood Booti area
Crush Sargodha: 55/cft 50/cft if you directly from crusher
Steel: 88,000/ton, Carrige, loading/unloading 2000/ton
