Hi Wasim, I am also in same situation.
And as far as I know, Seller has to go to Pakistan otherwise there is a long procedure of involving Pak High commission in resident country etc etc.
Please note that before you sell you have to apply NDC (No demand certificate) to DHA. The application is free of cost and DHA will give a date (normally 1 week) to pay the dues (if any) related to file. This NDC is valid for 1 month only.
Please make sure that NDC is applied already before you go to Pakistan...

Any one of your friends and family can apply NDC on your behalf. howver file copy and ID card and Passport copy of the owner is mandatory with NDC application.

If you interested to sell your file kindly contact us. You must need to come to pak for execution of transfer. It will take 4 to 6 working days for transfer after applying NDC (No demand certificate). For Detail you contact us

Dear Mr.Bilal,
There is online system. you need to send NDC Form (singed ) along with ID card & Allocation / allotment letter in hard copy form.
