Buying 2 kanal in DHA phase 7
I plan to construct house after 5 years. I am considering selling this and buying 2 kanal in DHA phase 7. Is that a good move?

Thank you Shahzad Sb. I have been told by several friends that phase 7 2 kanal plots are highly undervalued and only 2 minutes drive from Golf course in phase 6. Is that correct?

What is the current plot price in ph7 for 2K.

I agree Phase-7 2 Kanal plots are under valued. Next gainer in DHA would be Phase-7. Punjab Govt. is working on Knowledge Park quietly, you can check it on higher Education Department Lahore website. Once development work starts on it physically, Phase-7 would be biggest beneficiary.
