I heard that phase 9 balloting is expected by the month of December can anyone endorse about it. What is the future of phase 9 in coming time. if balloting goes timely so what will be the expected increase in file price.

Sir the news in the market is that Phase 9 Town possession is expected in December 2014. If not than next year around Feb 2015. |

DHA is even slower than a snail when it comes to delivery of projects. Phase 9 and town are one of few examples....I dont know if phase 9 ballot will happen in my life (currently 35 year old) :P |

I after investing millions in plots in different locations in Lahore, now have come to conclusion that it better to buy a home or shop rather than plot becuase rental income clubbed with capital gain would be much better than the capital gain of the plot...from now on I will focus on buying homes / shop...which is an active investment rather than passive investment in plot.... |
