how do you see sector c of phase 6 after shifting of dha head office in sec b and LGU and main CCA in this phase. would it have positive effect. what could be assessment of 1 k plot worth 180 lakh after lets say 1 year. would prices cross phase 5

surely dha head office shifting To DHA Phase 6 makes impact on prices. You can say that after two years phase 5 and phase 6 prices will be equivalent or close to it.It will boost phase 7 as well. you will a lot of house construction activity in coming years due to reasonable price.
