DHA Phase 7 - Long term,

Dear LRE - Some friends have advised that with the DHA office moving to Phase 6 followed by a lot of commercial activity and with phase 6 prices getting closer to phase 5 in a year or two, DHA phase 7 is a very good choice if one wants to construct after 5-7 years. It is quite under-priced still. Is it true? What is your opinion?

Dear Sir,
It is certain that In next two and three Phase 7 will get the most due to dha office shifting. You should buy it around 100 lacs with possession plot.

Completely agree with Opi. It has been almost 8-9 years since phase 7 has been launched and now with almost 90% developed, it could start populating and be worth living in next 5 years or so which adds up to more or less the same number of years. I do not even want to start thinking about how long phase 9 would take given it is not even balloted yet, then land clearance, then development, then possession, then 5 years post possesion before its worth living! 20 years for phase 9 maybe?
