Dear Brothers
I want to invest 15 million rupees in some commercial land. My friend in Pakistan told me to get a plot in Z block for a look ahead of 3-5 years. What is the potential of investing in Z block compared to other available options.
I will be happy to hear from some property gurus advice.

with 15 million (1.5 crore) go for good location 1 kanal plot in proper phase 8 if you want to make 100% in next two years...z block of phase 8 is a dead investment at the moment...very long term..... |

Dear Sir,
Its lot better to buy dha phase 9 4 marla commercial @ 156 lacs than DHa phase 8 z block 4 marla @ 155 lacs as location is across the barki road adjacent to LSE to get better returns for 3-5 years
