when we talk about location of a block it means location within DHA otherwise infrastructure of DHA is more a less same, even keep improving with time. I believe DHA-9 is a better located block then DHA-7 (leaving few blocks aside )
do monitor and look at the daily rates just think off How prestigious it is to have 1K plot in DHA-9 at as low price as 46.40. DHA-9 is best located and price wise and sure will give much better return then any other investment in Lahore real estate business.

Funny how phase 9 promoters always want to project how great phase 9 is by saying how aweful phase 7 is. Get over the fact that phase 7 will be developed 15 years before phase 9 and will be fully liveable and populated in the next 5-10 years. You can wishing for the "balloting" and price to go up but phase 7 is a reality vs phase 9 which is on a piece of paper. |
