Dear LRE,

I have a budget of 55 Lax, and a file of 10 marla in Z block.
Please advise , if I shall sell the file and buy plot in DHA 8?
or shall I buy 5 marla - 8 marla plot in Y block DHA 8?

or please give your suggestion / consultation to manage the budget for best return.
I am not in favour of buying another file.

if Total budget is around 110 to 115 Lac after selling 10 Marla Z Block File SO first One is the Best Option.if Below than 90 Lac so I Think you Go With 2nd Option and Buy 5 Marla in Y Block or in DHA 9 Town Fore More Detail Contact Us

I mean to say..
Budget : Cash=55, Z bl file=34 Total= 89- 90

Now I am foreseeing following three options and request you to please help me to make decision.

Opt 01 : With total budget of 90 Lax.. Buy 10 marla in X block or Ex Parkview or 1 Kanal in S block DHA 8.

Opt. 02 : I will not sell DHA 8 Z file and with 55 Cash planning to buy 5 Marla or 8 Marla in DHA 8 - Y blk.

Opt 03 : DHA 9 - 1 Kanal file - I am risk avoider personality and cant bear a loss of few thousands... So file up and downward trends really makes me sick sometimes. So may b I will not go with this option.

Dear LRE team,
I am almost in same position as Ghafoor informed, but when I look into your suggestion, question comes to my mind is that why should I buy the plot for which price is already too much raised. Do you expect significant raise in prices in phase 8 in near future? Also, if this is the case, why don't you recommend phase 8 file, which is cheaper that plots?

Dear Mr. Ghafoor
The first point is what is your purpose of selling file to make total 89-90 lac. I mean to say is.. Do u need to construct home urgently? If this is the case, then take some proper plot.
Otherwise, If you are looking for investment, then don't sell anything and take Phase-9 1 kanal file. This is definitely return you in few years. Don't see daily up and down. Take file and Close your eyes for 2-3 years.
