keep a budget of around 32 to 35 lac in mind if you build yourself....a builder will charge you around 5 to 7 lacs on top of that

Dear Newer, you can meet Mr. Masood Akhtar , he is a very reliable, I personally know him, also touch with some other builder and compare, you will find him a very good/honest man with reasonable price. regards
