4 Marla plot in DHA Phase-8 Commercial broadway file
Option-2
4 Marla commercial plot file in DHA Phase-8, Z-Block + 10 Marla plot file in DHA Phase-9.

4 or 8 marla file in DHA phase 9. Cant recommend DHA 8 Z block commercial file due to its isolated locations from other DHA phases and nothing else around for long time to come.
If looking for construction in 3 years than may be 4 marla plot in DHA Phase-8 Commercial Broadway file.

Thanks for the advice. Well what is the outlook on Phase-9 Commercial file since Phase-9 balloting is long awaited and commercial file gain would start when there is population going around which seems at least ten years according to my view. But you people are much more knowledgeable and have insight. I will appreciate your further advice. |
