I am very much worried about the static prices of phase 7, can anyone guide me when its going to be price rise in phase 7 ? because we are waiting for 2 years but its not rising. I got one kanal plot which got possession.

Prices are static every where, overall real estate market is slow. 2-3 houses are under construction in Phase-7 right now |

Once the genuine buyers and the Builders are in the market, the prices will surge. But it would take at least 5 years to catch up with Ph 6. |
