Is it necessary that if my ph9 file is in Mouza Harpalke my plot will also be allotted in the same Mouza or it can be anywhere in ph9?

Dear Sir,
You may get plot in any block regardless of mouza after ballot , there are many mouzas in dha phase 9 where dha acquired land for phase 9.
