Is there any news on DHA gujranwala? I see the price of 1 kanal stuck at 28.8 lac for weeks now.
Is there some problem in land purchase or development?
Also, is there any news on DHA Rahbar phase 2? how reliable is it? My estate agent tells me there is some problem in land.

The rate is stable because supply is available in the market.there is no issue of land.DHA has land against file.

Is there development work going on in Rahbar Phase 2. If I buy a file there, how long will it take to be converted to plot?
