Even balloting happen in 2016 but price will go high now because 1Y not big time. Think about small investors. They ve very short time to arrange money now and overseas Pakistani they ve short time. Maximum they can visit one or two time before balloting. My special advise to overseas Pakistanies that don't plan this for next visit. If you here buy it.
