What is the current market value of plot 306-J in Bahria Orchard?
I want to sale it and buy a 5 marla plot either in dha town or dha phase 8 y block. What is the best option? Or any other option you may suggest?

Dear Sir,
The current market value of near 306-J is around 14.50 to 14.75 Lacs without development charges.
Both option are good enough to buy but give priority to DHA Town
