I intend to but phase 9 file commercial 4 marla but file prise came down from 185 to 150 lac plz advice should i buy right now at 150 lac or there is chance of further prise cut in 4 marla ph 9 file. Also advice what tantive return i could get in 4-5 year time?

This is the cheapest price you getting.You must buy it. will get back the price around 175 lacs once stock will sell out in bulk by one owner.
