Can someone please advise the best place to invest around 30 lacs for a short-ish term (like 1 - 2 years).

DHA Multan
DHA Phase 9
DHA Rahbar Phase 2
Will appreciate your help!
Also, is it worth looking into Bahria Karachi? or the price has increased too much already?

You Should Buy DHA Multan, Direct Approach From Main Bosan Road Adjacent Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan.Balloting of DHA Multan expected next year before June 2015.DHA Multan will invite application for allotment of plots in tentatively first half of 2015.
