JUst note down that, Every Single & New Phase of DHA takes at least 15 Years from Files to Construction.

when ever it takes place it will be DHA-9 turn now but no worries it will return you maximum and there is lot of space to grow

As per my judgement of DHA, phase 9 town possession may take place mid of 2015...very low chances of phase 9 proper ballot in 2015...it may happen in mid of 2016...in the meantime DHA will fully focus on Phase 8......

As DHA is army officers scheme and many army officers are plot holder so i think balloting and possession will be as
first Phase 7 then Phase 8 and after that Phase 9 seems to be logical to satisfy army officers.simelerly developement will be
